John, great event yesterday. Too bad it rained all day. I will second that Wayne and his crew were outstanding, those guys earned their keep yesterday. Thanks again for putting the event together, and as always, it was awesome seeing the 'Rocket' making an amazing run!

Here are the pics that I have... not very good ones...

OUCH ! it rained all day on you guys ? Very sorry to hear that cause I know a lot went into putting it together.

Was there any drag racing done ? I'm guessing not seeing that Garmon dynoed his truck. That thing is either on the track or in the trailer.

I send my thanks out to John_P and everyone else that put this event on.
My thanks goes to Wayne as well it seems every year we smoke his garage up. I remember a couple of years we had as much smoke coming out the front of his garage as we did the rear. There was some impressive numbers laid down over the weekend.

Glad to hear you got to race today.

John and I have not had much luck getting to race at our events over the years. Mother natures seems to have other plans.

I tried to get around and talk to everyone. It did me alot of good to see you all again.

See Ya
Chris

Good job guys, seemed like everyone had a great time. Wayne and his guys looked like coal miner when we were done.
John thanks for the boot, I will get one back to you soon. Wish I could have stayed and raced with you guys, then again if I had stayed it would have kept raining. Tim

Tim:

Our SINCERE THANKS to your sponsorship and participation in the event buddy! You are very welcome on the boot too! And don't worry about getting me another one Tim! I have more and you have done SO MUCH for Johnner and I! BTW,.....we missed at the drag strip! Maybe you could have beat Jess because I sure couldn't keep up with that "rocketship" of his! As they saying goes;......."It was close but no cigar!"

No problem on the sponsorship, nice to give a little back. A lot of my buisness comes from the NC 18 guys. I guess Jeff did not stay either?
By the way nice ET and mph on your 1/4 pass. Tim

Thanks Tim!! That E.T. in the 1/4 mile was another "personal best" for me.
On that run, I cut 7/100ths of a second off from the previous best of 11.49 which I also ran at CPD. That cooler air helped me yesterday Tim. Now,....if I could just hit that elusive 120 MPH mark! Johnner says I need to put the Red Ram on a "diet" and drop some pounds!

Many thanks to Wayne and his crew for hosting us on a very wet Saturday! I just hope all the trucks didn't leave too much of a mud hole in the back yard
