Didn't see too many diesel trucks out there, was hoping to see more. Anyway, I finally took my new engine build down the 1/4 mile for some shakedown and test and tune passes. The testing and tuning didn't go so well since my power inverter didn't want to work and my laptop died, but I got a handful of passes in anyway. With my 28" cheaters and a 5 speed I was fluttering at 4400rpm before the end of the track. My best of the night was:
60' ------- 1.6511
330' ------ 4.6872
1/8 ET ---- 7.2060
1/8 mph --- 98.25
1/4 ET ---- 11.1834
1/4 mph --- 122.19
I think the 10s on fuel are in reach on this turbo, just a couple tweaks.

Did they kick you off running that fast, or do you have a cage? I know for insurance reasons they used to kick you off if you ran any faster than 12's without a cage. Nice numbers!I miss hangin out with everone out there, but don't miss NC...

Rules are faster than 11.5 needs a cage, I don't have one but didn't get kicked off yet. I will have to put a cage in soon though - they really don't like to see 10s without one.
