Around this bunch, you might get "shocked" in a different way!

Nick, We would all love to see you come down....but Colorado is LONNNNNNNNNNGGGGG drive to have lunch and spend an afternoon with us. You should monitor our events on this forum and come down when we all do a Dyno Event or go camping at Sedalia again over a full weekend. Just a thought.

If he can't make it, I'll go down 35E with you guys. It's a little shorter for me that way.

Rowland,

I hope Dan can make it. Let us know if you want to convoy down, and if you can't...we will just catch up with you in Wacko.

the 'safety highway' is a long stretch of 2 lane in new mexico, where you have to drive with your lights and go the speed limit. it is heavily patrolled by the cops, fines are doubled for speeding, etc. its in the middle of no where, have no idea why its there. it makes the trip that much longer. takes me about 11 hrs to get to colorado springs from DFW.

Clayton to Raton.......know the road well. When I first went over that road, it was a norrow two lane with no shoulder. It made for an interesting drive at night when it was raining.

Have made that drive several times....always assumed the enforcement was due to the severe crosswinds they have sometimes and the number of accidents that have occured Not sure though?

Sedalia

I know it's short notice, but I was wondering if anyone wanted to hang around at The Ranch for awhile on Saturday?

I have a leaky rear brake cylinder that needs to be fixed and a few beers that need to be consumed.

I'll probably go up later today or early in the morning.

If I'm not working on monday then I might be able to make that trip. I don't go back to school until wednesday so it would be perfect.

If anyone else wants to spend the night, between the TT and the camper, I can sleep at least four.
