I'm here!
If the 22nd is best for everyone, that's fine, but I may not make it. With a little luck, I'll be down on the Guadulpe camping and fishing.
I know Diesel Dan had an off-road event scheduled for the weekend of the 28th.

22nd sounds good for me! Charlie... change your S. Tx dates, Ah?
Diesel Dan and I went to a Ford Meeting in OKC this last weekend and saw a "loaded" Mustang Dyno in operation. More accurate HP #'s.... and very humbling!
My CTD posted top numbers .... no big guns around. I did 495 hp - 1105 TQ.
Saw an amazing custom paint job on an 05 CTD. The guy has a shop just down the road from the dyno.
See all in Waco!

Rowland, I was wondering the same thing about the tires. That sounded like fun to make a road trip to OKC for that dyno, but I just couldn't make that one. Hopefully we can have another dyno event close by sometime soon though.
Charlie....Hope you can make it. Camping at the Guadalupe sounds like a blast. Sure you can't make that trip another weekend?
Does TX Roadhouse sound good, anybody?

Don't know about tires? Probably, but to many variables were different from last mustang dyno to be sure. This time they loaded the dyno... took mine up to 8,000 lbs, trying to get full boost.
I got way too much smoke at WOT, and could only generate 38 psi boost?? On the road I am wastegated to 45 psi. Can pull 51 with WG closed off. So some HP was not showing up on the dyno for some unexplainable reason?
My published Dyno numbers are with a Mustang Dyno set up to simulate a Dynojet (for comparison reasons). Basically loaded to 1600 lbs, I think. Isn't that the weight of the Dynojet Drums?
Roadhouse gets my vote, too.

I did once.... it was my first indication that maybe my Injector Pump was dying! Could not build any boost on the line. (Best was 15.2 sec/ 97.93 mph)
So have not been when it was running well(since shafts and new turbo) to see if I can improve on my 14.2 sec/102 mph. I would expect to be in the 12 sec range on a good run, with 10-15 psi boost off the line and in 4x4?

I have no doubt that with a 10-15psi launch in 4wd that you should be in the 12's. Heck, you might try an even higher boost launch. The 315's won't spin as easily as the 285's.
