Good to see you are still around Mike! I think your OPERA schedule has been keeping you tied up alot lately.

Have you taken a hit off of that Smarty yet?

Thanks for talking with me as well. However, there is a down side. Everytime I spend any time around your truck, I have visions of my bank account shrinking. You have mad skills and I see some fabrication for my truck in the future...bank account willing..

Whoo. Talk about a relief. Just got an email from my counselor saying that he approved for me to be forced into the classes I need for the fall semester. I'm sure anybody in college will understand when I say it's getting ridiculous to try and get any classes. I've been trying for 4 weeks now to get into all of my classes. Had to be forced in to them by 2 different counselors and even then I've got a couple of stragglers that I can't be forced into and just keep having to try and register. Ugh. One more year of this crap and I'm done.

Congrats! I don't remember having trouble getting into courses, but I do remember when $1,500.00 a semester was high tuition (only TWO semesters a yr).... and that was an out of state school.

BUT this was last century (when Charlie's CTD was new), and being offered $15,000 a yr upon graduation was above average.... and I bgt a Nissan 240Z for $3,000 brand new.

Enough of memory lane.... Do they have a course in teaching your truck to dyno up to it's full potential?

RJ

Ouch. That's cold rowland.

Tuition (not counting books or living expenses, just classes) is $800 for each summer session (2 classes per summer session) and then around $1500 for just the fall semester. And I go to a cheap school. A&M is $3-4000 per semester not counting books etc.

I actually just got to thinking about the dyno. These injectors are big and smokey and I can't clear them with my turbo. The dyno is inside of a little shop. This should be a fun dyno.

Yup. $4400 later and I've paid for 2 summer sessions and the fall semester. College is expensive.

That's what I was thinking too, Charlie - but he's had enough practice squeezing into cockpits... (can I say that on here?)

When I started at A&M, $1750 would cover tuition, fees, passes, parking, books and leave me money left over. When I finished, $1750 wouldn't even cover the tuition and fees.

And your stacks will send it all straight up, letting it fill up the roof before rolling back down on everyone and right out the door. My mother would kill me if she saw how I ruined a washcloth trying to take a shower after my last trip to that shop. We'll be missing that ventilation system from Emory.

Tell me about it!!!! I am VERY SCARED of what college costs are going to be in 8 years since our wonderful legislature deregulated rates!! The tuition rates have skyrocketed (big surprize huh?) at all Texas Universities. Some over 50 percent in the past couple of years!!!

My 10 year old will be going to college somewhere!! And I just thought bombing my truck was expensive!!!
