Fine here Tye...
Spend a few 16 hour days up in Malibu for the fires and put out a few blowing ignited gas lines... Fortunately not much damage in Malibu..
I think DieselJunkies House is still a mystery.. last I heard he hadn't been back up and doesn't know if his house is still standing.. the fire ran through his neighborhood...

From: My head lays down in Murrieta, but the day light hours are spent in San Diego, Ca.
My place is safe enough, but I have several family members whos' where threatened, but they seem OK; but one. Yesterday a fireline was created off of Fruitvalle Lane in Valley Center. Doesn't sound like my uncle's house will make it, seeing hows his house is on Fruitvalle Lane. The Poomacho Fire is still buring strong. We should know more tomorrow.
But I'll tell ya, to get to work, I've been driving down the I-15 thru the carnage of the Rice Canyon Fire and the Witch Creek Fire. For as much damage the fires did, there was a LOT saved by the fire fighting crews. These guys and gals busted their buts!!! Southern Californians owe a great debt of graditude to the hard working men and women.
I personally wanted to thank ALL fire fighting personnell all OVER this great nation of ours..........THANK YOU, ALL!!!!!! If any one of ya'll are in my neck of the woods, ya'll welcome to stop by for a beer!!!!!!!

Talked to Sean Lorenz yesterday.....he lives right in the middle of the fire area down San Diego way....
He and a few others stayed to protect their houses (which ordinarily would be a bad idea) and saved his and 3 or 4 others....
Great job guys!
Now if Scotty (Dieseljunkie) will check in....wife's uncle has a house in the same neck of the woods, and his didn't burn, so there's hope.....
Tye, if you have Scott's cell number, can you PM it to me? I don't think I have it any more....
