I just wanted to thank you all for coming! We had a great time! and even more fun after dinner! ;D It was a pleasure meeting all of you, and like DPG says "it's nice to put a face with a name finally!" I was the only one that drove my truck.... :'( But we got to see Java's pewter jeep w/ DTR sticker!

 

I would be ashamed to post that, went to a DTR round up with one truck. ??? : ;D

 

Hey, I would have had mine there, but it was (and still is) in the body shop. :'( Some construction crap (Durrock) blew out of the bed of a pickup (a chubby, no less) and smashed against the front of my truck. We sure did have a great time getting to know each other face to face.

 

There's gonna be plenty of opportunity for some pics the way things are going. Mine definitely will qualify in the before and after category. I wasn't gonna make Karen suffer because I have the carpet and door panels out. The wind blows right on your legs. I am going to order new insulation and carpet. <br><br>I already put a bug in Dewayne's ear about a campout/canoe trip at my cabin this summer. Have room for a fifth wheel or two and some tents, Pine River right down the road. Couple nice meat markets/beer stores nearby.

I was fly fishing a spot not far from the cabin last summer. 5 canoes came down and stopped on the bank across the hole in front of me below a fast chute. Each had a dog swimming behind them. They didn't see me til they heard the pepsi bottle I opened. It was a Saturday, I should have known better. Went and found a smaller river.
