Good info. I helped TJ do his last set (well one or two injectors) and believe me he's done them plenty of times. No worries. The hardest part is getting #6 and getting off the valve cover. We'll be in good hands w/TJ supervising.

Anyone know if we need new washers and if so where we can get them?

Should I be paranoid about the washers and o-rings on used injectors? I'm thinking for a couple of bucks it would be worth having new on these parts?

Anyone know part numbers or could stop by Cummins power systems in Glen Burnie before tomorrow for me?

my first injectors were used, i never changed the washers or o-rings.

you have the ones on the DD1's, and the ones on your stock injectors...im sure if one is damaged we can get another to replace it.

I didn't pay attention when we did yours, wasn't sure if they were a "crush" type washer or anything. If I can slide by I may get them just to be on the safe side, but if not, we'll shoot from the hip.

I have a huge o-ring assortment in my truck. If we need one, I will have it.

If you call Cummins and order the parts, I can pick them up tonite on my way home.......
