Can anyone PM me John's cell? I'm now worried there is no response from him. I want to be sure he can still stop by, I don't want to have to drive down to Glen Burnie at 11pm tonight when I'll be available to pick up my order.

Will come in handy on Jason's truck, but remember my little ol' 2wd is easy to reach most stuff

Talking Great time once again.

Well almost everyone that showed up yesterday got the job done. Had a good time and to those who couldn't make it maybe next time.

Ernie i think that if you flap your arms a little harder next time you might get airborne.

How ya like that creeper?

finishing touches on that new tranny, how's it running Tj?

Special thanks to everyone that gave a hand or moral support yesterday. Between finding extra washers on some of the injectors we took out, my stupidity breaking a bolt off in the block, 3 tries before we got the old gal running smooth and lights falling from the sky it felt like a long day...

Everything seems to be ok, I think I have a surge from my comp (ez) occasionally. Maybe I jacked the ground up? I still have some fuel below the injector lines too. What does a new set of hard lines run??

As for the 1.6s, they feel smoother but not much stronger. I think the DD1s give you more grunt down low and the 1.6s seem to pull longer. The difference is supposed to be about 40 horse so maybe that 11-14% increase is too little for the seat-o-pants meter. I think Sea:\> will like the 1s.

I struggled a bit in the late afternoon with confidence. I don't want to take an already expensive hobby and jeopardize my only means of transportation. Thanks again for everyone that helped out or just calmed me down...

Creeper works great - I logged a few hours on it just with #s 5 and 6!

Fingers crossed for homeostasis.

no problem sometimes we all need breather from our head scratching problems and sometime we just need people there to pull us away or lend a hand and thats what we are there for jason.
yeah that was keith's fault with the light falling from the sky. gotta watch those pull strings.

Man, just throw me under the bus will ya Guess I must apologize for the light trick.

Glad to hear it all worked out in the end Jason. Hope you are happy with the new injectors. When we are ready to do mine, we'll probably go a bit quicker with all the experience we got on yours.

I'm booked next Saturday, not sure on Sunday, but am trying to figure out a time I can get those sticks in mine.

I didn't know there was a pull this weekend. Is there a thread started on it. I will have my son, but I am sure we can make it if the weather is nice.....
