Me and MOPAR440 will be rolling around lunch time on Friday or thereabouts if everything goes as currently planned. Got another lift pump on mine and ready to go.

Look for a silver dually 4x4 with stacks and a white dually 4x4 following it around. THat would be us.
Gonna try to find the Super 8 or something close by.

 

I am leaving tomorrow (Thursday) morning. I should be there sometime Friday afternoon

Surgeon looked at my knee today and confirmed torn ligaments, surgery soon, but not soon enough to make this meet.

Thought I would give everyone a little "update" on our
quickly approaching event.

Chris, Leigh (Mr.& Mrs. Papa Smurf) Johnner & myself plan
to grill hamburgers for everyone at the track Saturday.
I picked up the trophies today for "Lowest 1/4 mile
E.T." and "Highest Dyno H.P." and they look great!!
My thanks to Robbie Yates and Harry Brown at "National
Dodge" for providing the trophies for this event!!

Both Chris and myself have flatbed trailers for hauling
these trucks and will be available if anyone is unfortunate
enough to break anything! I hope not,......but if so
we have you covered!! Listed below are the cell numbers
for Chris and myself. Please do not hesitate to call either
of us if you need ANYTHING including directions!

I just want to ask something,my help for Friday willnot be able to make it so if anyone can, I could use some help tying the trucks down Fri.
And so most people will know, I do not like hearing the f--k word in my shop, if I hear it, it will cost you .50, also no drinking with horsepower around. I hope everyone understands. Looks like the weather will be good for both days ;D

Hello to all
My son just decided to dyno his F--D ;D . We are thinking it should make 850 Hp or so. It's a ford ranger.

Once you get to Jacksonville on 24 it will merge with 17 and run togather for a few miles and then split off again. To get to the hotels continue on 17 north You will see a super wal-mart and a golden correl on your left the Super 8 and holiday inn express are a couple of hundred of yards from the wal-mart.
I am planning on being in the golden correl at 2:00, so if you want to meet up there and head out to Wayne's at 2:30, we can do that.

I guess I need to go back to typing with two fingers. My son's truck is a 4 cylinder 5 speed Ford Ranger and I am thinking it will make 85 HP.

Change of plans,,,,,,,,,,,, Not bringing the camper and not bringing the wife,,,,,,,,,, They are forecasting sleet and rain for Sunday up here in VA and Ev doesn't want to chance getting caught in it with the 5er coming home. :
