Who's up for another dyno event? I need a little feedback from everybody.
Here are the possible dates. The final date is up to you. Whatever date I get the most interest for is the date we'll use.
Sept. 20+21 (Too Soon ? Nah never too soon.)
Oct. 4+5 (Weekend before Kerrville=final tuning opurtunity)
Oct. 25+26 (No conflict I'm aware of)
Nov. 1+2 (No conflict I'm aware of other than being a while)

Also you can call the number in my sig or you can call
(480)229-9765 after 9:00p.m. CST
Also check out the link in my sig for more info.

Re:Dallas/Fort Worth Dyno Challenge
Count me in for this!! My poor old tired truck is aching from too many hard runs, but Im still gonna dyno it. If it all holds together
If nothing else I will get some trucks there with some good HP numbers.
The last week in Sept is too soon for me to be ready and the first week in Oct is the Nationals in Ennis. I gotta be there to help a guy race all weekend if he makes it through qualifying.
My vote is for the latter part of the Month of Oct or the first week in Nov. The air is cooler and trucks run bettr then anyway.

Re:Dallas/Fort Worth Dyno Challenge
Any one of those dates will work for me; I'd like to see what my stock truck is doing for numbers. If more than a few weeks out, then it will have the Scotty III on it.
Re:Dallas/Fort Worth Dyno Challenge

Sorry for the late reply, I've been working some weird hours.
We decided on Saturday Oct. 25 pending verification from the dyno facilities. I'll talk to the owner and the shop manager today and get everything verified. Now lets get this thing hyped up. Right now we've got some pretty impressive trucks lined up. Lets keep 'em coming.

Oct. 25
October 25th is the official date. We also hope to go to the drag strip Saturday night. If we don't have enough interest for the drag stip then we'll go to an old school hamburger drive-in for their weekly cruise night.
Thanks,
Wes

You guys and your twins are making me nervous
Im not sure if my little HX55 is gonna be able to keep up or not :'(
Too bad my rig is sooo heavy. I love to drag race. Count me in to at least attend the drag races. Will it be up the road from the shop we are dynoing at?
777,
Give me a yell.

Should this comment be taken in the same context as the "Still Stock Truck" in your signature?

Re:Dallas/Fort Worth Dyno Challenge
Allow me to rephrase....it still uses all parts that are stock on some type of diesel engine.
The turbo is from a Cummins 11 litre engine.
The injection pump is a stock Cummins part.
The cam is the actual stocker
The injectors are from a stock Cummins
So....its kinda stock LOL!!!

Re:Dallas/Fort Worth Dyno Challenge
Hey Crawler,
What is the name of the shop for the Dyno on Oct. 25th? Is this a Cummins event only? Got a buddy that has a stock 6.0L P/S that he would like to get a baseline dyno run on.
I plan on being there to breathe the fumes (can I inhale?). Don't know if I will dyno.
Thanks,
Rob
