June 2nd and 3rd for IRP. I went last year. It was pretty cool. Schied's is in August. I heard Schied's was supposed to be really awesome. Some liked it better than IRP. It'd be a haul for you guys. I think it was like right at 5 hours from Nashville.

 

I buy alot of stuff from 4wheel Parts. If they know you are gonna spend mega bucks over the long haul, they will usually cut you a pretty good deal. I deffinately like the in-person deals at the store instead of the catalog sales. Only problems I've ever had was with the phone sales dept.

 

Dang. Around the first part of June is when I am supposed to go put out that fire I think? I will have to see what she says and go from there. How far is it from Memphis to OKC?

I figure the next meeting can start to be discussed. I won't be off the boat till July 23rd. Then, soon after I'll be heading back to the Philippines to finally bring Lyn back. So we can put the out there for a target date to throw around.

 

So will the location-poll be reactivated? Or are the locations fixed to those currently listed?

Given the Mid-South heat in July/August, would we plan for an evening gathering or something a little later to "beat-the-heat"?

 

Funny you ask. The poll is an old relic from when I had this and another thread merged. But the mods messed up and merged the original dicussion thread with the meeting w/poll thread instead of the otherway around. And they couldn't delete the poll from the title.

What we do is discuss the meetings here. When we get a general consensus, I then start a new "MSDTR Meeting" thread and do all the finalized planning there.

About 490 Miles/7 hours 22 minutes ... or in your case probably 8 hours plus.

 

I don't know yet when I'm leaving or when I'm coming back - but I'll be in Colorado before July 28 and returning sometime after August 5.

 

Whatcha gonna do out there? I usually try to make it out that way at least once a year.
