MSDTR Chapter #31 Roundtable Discussion
DmaxEter, you have all the luck. As for pulls this year there are only two that I know of that are fairly close. The first is Wed Aug 16 at the Obion Co. fair in Union City. It starts at 6:30 and they have to be done by 10. I guess the local city folks didn't like it when they were still makin nose after midnight last time I was there. The other one is Fri. Sept. 8 at the Dyer Co. fair in Dyersburg. I'm pretty sure I could make both, just let me know.
Here's there two websites, The first one stays updated more.

I fixed my steering column and put the truck back together tonight.
If anyone is interested, the Commemorative Air Force Memphis Squadron is having our monthly meeting in the morning. Come on out if you have a chance.

It is time for our August meeting. We will meet as always in the CAF Hangar at the DeWitt Spain Airport this Saturday the 12th, at 930am. For this month we have decided that everyone will meet at 930, instead of the staff meeting at 930 and the unit at 1000, so we will not fail to include anyone in our meetings.
Our squadron will have visitors from the Dixie Wing in Atlanta, Georgia. A handful of members will be flying up in the C45, and will be offering rides for $75. So please arrive at 930am for the meeting and take advantage of the ride opportunity while we have our fellow members in for a visit.
Also, our speaker for the meeting will be our very own Unit Leader, Col Morris Ray. Col Ray will give a short talk on the Stearman that is currently hangared in the CAF hangar at DeWitt Spain.

Possible New Meeting Place
Hey guys, I been in contact with a local shop here in Tupelo Called Southern Speed & Chassis that I found out has a Mustang Dyno. If we have enough iterest, he said he would open the shop for us on any Saturday and give us a discount to run on his machine. Let me know if this would work for you guys. I figure we could do this in the morning then if anyone wanted to, blow over to my house and do whatever. Just a thought as to what our next meeting mite be like.
Let me know.
Let me know.
Like I said before, our cabin out at a private lake in west Union county west of New Albany is always open as an option. Trails for ATVS, Skiing, tubing, swimming, fishing and BBQ Newcastle and rock & roll ! Only thing is I am going in for my hip replacement on 9/14 so after that I'll be out of commision a little while. 9/2 or 9/09 would be good. Or we always do that anytime.
Okay, as requested from the misses, oops I meant president
, I am bringing the football topic over here to the Roundtable.
So all you guys keep sayin roll tide, and I have been around Bama enough now to hear that saying enought to make me puke.
So here is what I have determined from it...Yall have this big A elephant as your mascot, which enevitably must represent the majority of women on your campus, and also his name is Crimson Tide; and for the past humteen years or so , yall have been trying to train his **** to roll over or something...Hence the "Roll Tide"
I dunno sounds like i might have finally got it figured out...

I believe you have us confused with Auburn on the opposum (we don't expect GA people to spell) eating. But then some people think that Auburn is in Georgia and that doesn't bother us.
You still haven't told us who you root for, so who is it?
Oh, and one more thing...
Roll Tide

I have been telling everyone back home, that if you see a good looking woman in Bama, they are just visiting.
Oh, and billygoat, does your wife know you have those pictures???
I believe I've heard that those two are from B-ham but I could be wrong. And they aren't my pics but I've showed her where they are at so she's seen them. The both of us have seen them at games so I'm safe from getting in trouble.
You still haven't told us who you pull for. You ain't ashamed are ya?

I don't have any thing against the dawgs. I like Coach Richt, he's a class act unlike some of the others around the country.
I love northern Georgia, got an uncle that lives in Blue Ridge. It's a beautiful area over there.
I'd be great to see the Dawgs and the Tide in Atlanta.
