MSDTR Chapter #31 Roundtable Discussion
To make the directions as simple as possible, we'll meet at the service station on the north side of HWY 78/Auburn Rd. Exit 90 at 10:30 AM. Then around 11:00 or so, everyone can follow me to the hacienda. I'll be providing homemade chili, and gumbo for all those who might be hungry, or there is a great family cafe about 200yds from the house. If the group wants something else, just speek up, and we'll plan accordingly. So, bring a chair, and come have some fun and good conversatin just hangin' out with a bunch of diesel heads. Hope to see ya'll there.
This is CRAP. I couldnt make it up there for the truck pulls saturday cause I had to work late Friday and have a cold. Its supposed to rain all weekend and I dont figure I need to be out in that with a cold. Man this sucks to be stuck at the house.
Good job streetsmoker. I knew it would be a 500hp truck. Clean the air filter and change the oil in it and I bet it would go 500.
I think it is worthy of noting here that he is doing this on the STOCK TURBO. Thats very impressive. Very well thought out combination of parts Streetsmoker.

Well, the oil is brand new. But I am running B20 biodiesel, without any cetane adder so there's room for improvement there. I wont b able to make another run at the dyno today though, cause there are a lot of new people wanting to run today, and anybody who ran ysterday gets pushed to the end of the line.
STAY TUNED!!!!!!
STAY TUNED!!!!!!
Fear not Pat, it rained all day yesterday, and u didnt mis much. Just a repeat of Fri. I was able to get back on the dyno, and still couldn't break 500hp on paper, but did hit a best run with 990tq and a hp # of 483. Brian and the guys know the dyno is a little off on the higher powered trucks by 30-50hp, cause they haven't had time to hook up and install the load brake, to keep boost up. Oh well, I figure I'm rite at 520 now, and I'm not disapionted at the #'s at all.

A 30oz T-Bone sure sounds good
