New Office Location

Looking at setting up a solo practitioner law office near St. Louis and need some help... I am NOT familiar with the area at all.

So far I have a couple of options and was wondering, for those of you who are familiar with the area, where would be the best place...

Option 1:
Office located at 111 W. Port Plaza, St. Louis, MO 63146
(NE corner of 270 and Paige Ave - Maryland Heights area)

Option 2:
Office located at 2 City Place Drive, St. Louis, MO 63141
(NE side of 270 and Olive Blvd. - South of Option 1)

Option 3:
Office located at 7733 Forsyth Blvd, Clayton, MO 63105
(Closer to downtown St. Louis)

Option 4:
100 Chesterfield Business Pkwy, St. Louis, MO 63005
(South of above and in Chesterfield area)

If you don't think these are good places, where would you suggest?

Thanks in advance.

Edited the original post to include "solo practitioner law office".

I'm not worried about a commute (I'll be telecommuting mostly)... Really just want a "nice" place to meet clients...

ultimately, you'll need to weigh cost vs. amenities... but, my opinion would be #2 or #3

#1 is older buildings that have been rehabbed multiple times. Easy access w/ plenty to do in the area.

#2 is a newer complex of buildings. I worked on a few tenant infills in one of the buildings. They actually heli'd the AHU on top of the building.

#3 is at the center of county courts. However, huge PITA as far as parking & traffic.

#4 is kinda long way for many to meet. Area was 10' under water during flood of '93. Most of area is new or rebuilt.

Hopefully, that helps a little.

Welcome to the Show Me State! Sounds like you got some good detailed info. I get over to the Chesterfield area every once in a while. Let me know if you are in need of more info around that area. I live closer to Columbia.
