OK .... what are we planning on doing about a get-together ??? Surely we are NOT just an on-line group ... right ??

I suggest at the very minimum, a meet-up for lunch or something. Folks meet in groups at the Steak & Shake on Glenstone all the time. There is plenty of parking across the street in that shopping center (where the post office & employment office is).

How about Sunday March 16th after church ... (or after ya sober/wake up).

Maybe we can firm up some later plans at that time.

Sunday is a no go for me. I've already been volunteered to change a u-joint in a truck.

 

Hopefully John is gonna have my truck over the weekend doing teh TC and valvebody upgrade..

 

Umm sunday's can be bad for me.... You know the whole "party hard" deal on saturday nights but you guys already know that one.

 

Just think how messed up it could be we ALL decided to help you swap it out !!!

Hopefully I will have my truck back together on sunday but more than likely I will be still working on it. I'm thinking while it is torn down to this point I need to change out that dang timming case gasket. It lost a chunk of gasket last summer while I was tabbing the dowl pin. I realy don't want to go thrue with removeing the front of the truck and the cam but it just seems this is the time to do it.
As for a get together how about that mexican restarunt we went to last year in nevada. Anybody live close to weatland MO. We may be doing some raceing down there on saterday nights at lucas oil speedway.

 

I hope to G2G soon with the new upgrades and all. Maybe April will be better for me.

 

I still have a motor on a stand... me misses me truck. I can't wait to hear her when I get it back together. Stacks make every thing better. Exhaust stacks, electronic box stacks, stacked girls... you just can't go wrong.

I'm thinking it's going to be April before I hear anything resembling a 12 valve...
