I will be bringing the camper. Cindy will be coming along so there will be room for 2 more to be comfy in the back seat. Also, passengers are aloud in 5th wheel trailers, several could ride along in there. I'm going to make reservations for the Beach Bend camp ground for thrus., fri., and sat. nights. Who will be staying in the camper? There is space for 2 in the bunks, 1 adult on the drop-down dinette and 1 or 2 adults on the fold out sofa.

 

Ok guys, just to let you all know that if I am not on by 7 PM tomorrow I am still at work and will get on aim as soon as I get home. It was 7:30 before I got home today, and tomorrow looks like it might also be the same way

 

i won't be able to make the 7 pm chat room on aim i will have my daughter unless things change again
i can ride with todd either in the truck or in the camper.

 

Just remember that we are meeting Todd in route, so we would have to cram in trucks until we meet him unless anyone that is going to ride with him decides to meet him at his house.

 

Just made the reservations for a full hook up site at the camp ground. Apparently they have a couple other things going on that weekend. Stock car races on the circle track Fri night, C5/C6 Corvette birthday bash on Fri during the day, Diesel events on Sat., also the amusement park is open that weekend.

 

Thanks to everyone who showed up for the chat yesterday. Oh that's right no one showed up but Travis and I.

Is there a better time to do one? How about Sunday @ 7PM again. there is no Football on so we should be good to go.

 

My part is planned/settled. My reservations are made, Travis is towing me and staying in my room. Travis can inform me of any details if I am busy on sunday.

 

Thats fine, I can speak on TJ's behalf also. I know that if we only have say 6 or seven (Travis, TJ, Leonard, Scott, Tony, Bobby, ???) going (not including Todd and Cindy) then we should only take one truck and when we meet Todd the extras get in with him. As of now I vote for leaving on Wednesday night around 10pm, or at least loading on Wednesday night and leaving around 3am Thursday morning. I should be able to make the chat on Sunday, pending any unforseen circumstances.

 

Ya i know what you guys are doing it's the others who haven't been very active on here.

 

My philosophy is "too bad"...if they arent ready to go when we are...too bad! HAHA

I'll be taking off that Wednesday to get my stuff ready, I can leave anytime, however I can't check in to my hotel until 3pm, so leaving between midnight and 4a.m. is fine with me.

 

Tony is for sure going. He works nights so he probibally will not be able to participate in the chat. I had forgot about Sunir in the count of guys going. If we stay under 8 I think that we should cram into one truck for the hour or two before we meet Todd. Then the extra's could get in Todd's truck and camper, there is no reason to take two trucks from Balto if we can fit in two once we meet up with Todd. This is my theory anyway, others might think differently and if this is the case please feel free to voice your opinion. If anyone has a different suggestion please pass it on also.

 

i agree with travis on this one about the trucks.
i know ernie, matt and a couple others are the ones that haven't really piped up about going or not.

 

i could meet todd at his house since im on the other side of the river. plus i wouldnt have to drive back with you guys then back down to my house

Sorry about the chat last night, had a mishap with the furnace. A valve started leaking and hot water was escaping. Had to shut off the main supply to the furnace and run to Lowes for a new valve. I was in the middle of that when the chat was supposed to happen. Anyway, where do you guys want to meet up? Leaving out of here I'll be going thru La Plata to the Nice Bridge. Then staying on that route to I-95. I can go in to Waldorf to meet up if that sounds OK.
