Paint Shop

I need to get some major body work down on my toy here. I was curious if anybody knows a good body shop in the greater Baltimore area. The truck pretty much needs a whole paint job. It needs:

- A new bed or new bed sides (rust)
- Driver's side cab corner (rust)
- Driver's side Fender (rust)
- Both door skins (rust and old towing mirror holes)
- Roof painted due to fading
- A new tailgate would be nice but not necessary.

I don't want a Maaco job, but this doesn't need to be show truck quality. I was looking to have this done in the beginning of May. Anybody have any suggestions? Thanks,

- Craig

Oh here is a picture of the truck for paint color

When I had my accident I took mine to Cliffs High Tech Body Shop in Essex, they did a great job but are very very busy with wrecks, I'm not even sure if they do restoration type of body work.

i was quoted 1,500 to repaint my truck. and that inlcudes everything (fixing a rust spot) by Nigro's autobody in philadelphia. all the prep work, and painting mineral grey. is that good or bad?

I have a quote for $5600 including the replacing the entire bed and both doors. Mine needs a lot of body work, hence the price.

I would watch ebay and craigslist for a good bed locally, save you some money since its gotta be painted anyway. same with fenders etc...i see them for sale alot. then you can get the parts cheap and drop them off with the truck to be painted and installed and save ya some money.
