Exclamation Help

Does anybody have an upper thermostat housing laying around. Mine has a couple pin holes in it somehow. Iv already tried dodge,salvo,advanced,pepboys,kunckles,napa,peters. None of them have it. Soonest i can get one would be like next Tues or wed if I'm correct. Please Pm me if ya have one.

Had to take off school cause of this. Engine compartment is all coolant.

Id like to thank Travis for letting me use the housing. Also Thanks to Scott for holding it for me to pick it up. Now i just got to get the new gasket.

Anybody know were i can get that gasket for the housing tomorrow.

advance auto carries them there like $2

Not a problem Boots, glad to see that I could help you out. You could also get a gasket from Cummins Baltimore if you can not find one at a parts store. I think they are open tomorrow.

Did anyone else freeze up last night? The CTD left me stranded on the side of 695, overhead saying it was 6*. Pressure went bye bye. Changed the filters today, the engine fuel filter had 1.5" of ice in the bottom, and the 1/2" inline fuel filter was almost a solid brick of ice. Pressure came back at idle but I must have ice in other places too, I cant drive it, I lose all presure in a matter of 1 min. Thoughts?

i know there is like degelling stuff you can pour into the tank, so if it can idle you can pour that stuff in and let it run for a while to see if it is just a gelling up problem. Mine started up fine this morning after sitting all night.
