Let me know when you are putting that VW diesel back together. Used to rebuild them in HS when EVT still had a diesel program there. Timing is key on that sucker. Still need welder???

The cam was a piece of cake, once you line the holes back up that is. But the block was upside down so all of the tappets stayed out of the way, if you try to do it with the motor in the truck I think it would be a pita. I had the entire motor torn apart in less than two hours.

Guys, if you come by a low cost, in good condition Cummins Ram 4x4, please let me know. I've got a friend that wants on. I think his wants to stay under $10K.

It will be a while before it is done but it is going to go in a pulling truck. I have a feeling that some serious money will be spent on it over the next few years to get exactly what I want.

I did the Vulcan Big line relocation kit first and replaced my intank pump with a stock carter pump. After that one started to let go, I put on a ProComp Black (Holley copy) in the place of the carter.
I no longer have a pump in the stock location.

I have an aftermarket pump and the stocker is still in the tank, just unhooked. Yours is shot as far as the fittings go, you would need a different in tank piece no matter what, just my opinion.
