i've been watching some on ebay that are 20+5 14k lbs for $4k which is the best deal i can find

just missed out on a 38ft under rated at 16k gvw on ebay it went for $3800 i think, the guy that bought it put it right back on and sold it for $4600, ive been looking for one too but it needs to be 15,500gvw or less to keep it legal without a cdl. the 3500 has a 10,500 gvw
