Cummins Mods and Maintenace wishlist

Just been sitting here thinking about what I need to/want to do to my truck.

Just bought new tires....

Still need to install my Stealth Cover and get my Xzillaraider hooked back up.

Want to get my new(to me) TS performance Trans controller installed.

Need new shocks and new, not yellow, headlights.

And want to get a fuel tank sump and get it installed. I am tired of the stupid 1/3 tank fuel pick-up issue....

There is a thread on Diesel Bombers for a Group Buy for the new ADP Fuel Sump. You do not have to drop the tank to install and they are talking about a 35 minute install time including draining the tank. Sounds like a win/win to me....

If I get the parts, is there any interest in a Wrenchin' Day?????

I installed my draw straw exactly as instructed. It sits just about 1/4 inch of the bottom and cut at an angle. Unfortunately this left me with only being able to use, at best, 3/4 tank. I did make it back from Kentucky by using almost a full tank, but that was a lot of highway driving, so there was very little braking or accelerating to cause troubles.
Leonard has the sump in his truck and I am very impressed. With the aftermarket the way it is, all kinds of manufacturers are coming out with their own design and improving on Hellmanns design. Check ADP. Their sump can be installed without dropping the tank.
