Yeah I'm a new BOOT.

Hey new to the site and I'm looking for some advice on my next vehicle. I'm looking for a 2500/3500 Mega cab (single rear wheel) 4x4 diesel of course, 6 spd. I prefer to row through the gears. So far I've spent 4 years in the Marine Corps poking out the top of hummvee's with my trusty machine guns, and just signed up for another 4, It's a rush I cant explain. Origonally from a town of about 75 people in Nebraska but now I'm onthe east coast. Any help on where to find one with milage no higher than 60k. I also need help figuring out what performance parts I should get for towing. It's a part time job when I'm not playing in the sand boxes.

Thanks Greg

No worries. Make sure to post up what you are looking at so we can give you tips on it. Certain years had certain problems that you have to look for.

Welcome to the website and thanks for your service!

When you get some time, check out our NATIONAL CHAPTERS SECTION,....
specifically, NCDTR #18. We have a good chapter in this area and try to schedule events for the Members. The next event is up in Claremont, Va. with Virginia Chapter #7 which is a GTG and dyno day on August 13th.
Many of us will be up there for that one.

Take care and welcome aboard.
