NewAddition from Ohio

Well I made a good mistake last night. I left work last night in a pretty bad mood and ended up buying a fairly new truck (11k on the odo)! I was waiting to pay off my other car 1st, but obviously that is not happening now. A little background on me, I work as a boat mechanic/assistant port engineer on the Great Lakes for the ore carriers. So I'm used to being around diesels, just on a much larger scale! I also have a lil Neon SRT-4 that I enjoy working on and driving around. I've enjoyed browsing this site for information and glad to see there are a lot of good people on here!

Welcome to the DTR!

Nice looking truck you have there.

I see ships like that all the time as I live right along the bayfront here in Erie.

Welcome to the site Chad. I grew up about 40 miles south of you in Amsterdam. If you head in that direction sometime and need a chuckle, go through Waynesburg and have a gander at the "discount coffin and urn store".

Hello there Thanks for the comment. Nice to see a fellow NE Ohioan. I usually pass through Mentor to go to the dock at Fairport Harbor. Hopefully I'll see you around sometime!

Do you take the "Painesville/Fairport Exit or the Rt 44/Heisley exit? If you go down Heisley my house is RIGHT there. lol.

I either get off of 90 onto 44 or take 44 from Canton area all the way up to the lake (It's a nice drive usually). Docks are right off of 44. Haha! Prolly passed your house a quite a few times then!
