New / Old Guy!

Hello Folks!

David here..

Not new to diesel's by any means...Had a rough learning curve over the past 4 years..lol (long story)

My rides:

Silver (Sleeper) 2005 QCSB 4x4 called the "Interceptor" that looks completely stock except exhaust but highly modded (Twins, Big fuel , Dual CP3's, Full Billet Garmons Diesel Tranny, Mahle Monotherm steel pistons, Fletcher cam, Balanced bottom end with some polished / lighten 12v rods, etc. etc. etc,)

Also have a 2002 Silver VW TDI as my fuel saver...Stock!
Love that car!!

I'm usually over on CompD but just checking out some new sites to see what everyone else is up to...

Here's a few pics.... And a link or two to give some History of my diesel issues from the past.

Nice ride man.. I like the idea of a stealth ego checker. I see sooooo many sticker boards running around with lots of noise, but not much to show for it. Very cool.

Welcome!

I dunno if I'm as serious as you are, my target is MPG and an edge on others. But I found something that is really working with my intake mods. But the 6.7 is still in it's infancy yet.

No, I've got ya. I'm an admin here, but I'm a member on many other truck forums. Pays to know the enemy/know what's going on elsewhere...

Again, let me know if you need anything... Glad to have you on the DTR...

Wow, that is a nice ride you have there. I'm of the same idea, walk softly and carry a big stick.

David:

Hey buddy, I am very glad to see you as a Member here! It is always great to get Members here with your experience and expertise. Let me also tell everyone here that your truck is one heck of a "rocketship!" Very nice rig indeed!

Take care David and let me know if there is anything I can ever do for you here! Looking forward to seeing you at some of the events this year David!
My next one is the Indy Event on June 11th.

Again,.....Welcome Aboard!
