Hello. I just registered here. My name is John. I reside in Egg Harbor Township NJ. I just bought a 98.5 2500 4x4 quad cab. After trading in my 2004 Ford F-250 Lariat CC 4x4 that had some stuff done to it.So the wife could get a new Lexus. I'm sorry to say I came across the truck form a guy who was about to loose his house etc. He lost his job after being a ford mechanic for 25 years and the the dealer closed. Anyways I look foward to the vast knowledge availble from this site as well as the members.

Thank You,

John

John:

Welcome to the website Sir! My Wife also drives a 1997 Lexus ES 300 that we bought new for her back in 1996. The car has over 200,000 miles on it now and we have had no problems with that car at all. Thinking of buying her a newer, but used 2005 LS 430.

Welcome aboard.

Thanks John, We had a 98 ES-300 tht a kid went thru a stop sign and plowed us a few years back. I bought the wife a 2001 Lincoln LS that she hated. So for X-mas I traded in my truck for a new GX-470. It has all the bells and whistles and has DVD and Tv for kids etc and quite nice of a ride a lot of comfort ammentities. Very Enjoyable. I fit was up to me i would have bouhgt the big LS sedan for me LOL.

Dang John,.....sorry to hear about what happened to your 98' ES-300!
I hope you guys didn't get hurt.

The Lexus "Experience" has been pretty amazing to us! Just the way the dealers treat you when you take your car in for service (no charge rentals, great dealer showrooms with big T.V.'s, complimentary computers/internet, complimentary coffee/soft drinks and food, wash and dry your car for free) to name a few. Then the great reliability and the quality of the way the cars are assembled is also a big plus. John, I can't see my Wife and I not owning one of their cars from now on. Can't afford the high dollar new ones, but their "Lexus Pre-Owned" are very reasonable and those even come with a 3 year warranty too.

No I have never have met you. But have seen your ride many times and its a nice rig. I was just messing with you when I wrote that. But Keith that works for the municipal dept, kept telling me about this truck. And I had to go over to Mrs.Waszens house for a meeting. And I saw your truck at the shop. My Dad built his offices across the street there. That Pete at your work. Was that the one that was in the Halloween parade in Mayslanding? If it was a man thats a sweet ride. Straight pipes sounded awesome. If you ever want to see some of my horns stop over I have 5 in the gararge that I mess around with and have to finish restoring but they work. I have 18 of them in my collection. The ones here and others at my parents house over on Alder ave. Looks like The K5LA lie the one in my sig will not fit on theis truck. So I will have fiqure something out. Guess I will be fabbing some stuff up.
