new to the Diesel world

I have had the truck for about 3 months now and loving it more every day. Its a 93 W250. 518. 3.55 gears. HX40...4'' turbo back...265x75R16. Add-a-leafs and still have worn out springs.... To come I hope at end of this month some 7x0.14 injectors... and later on a 4'' skyjacker... shackle flip...and 33 or 35 toyo on a 16x12 wheel. Rear disc...hydro brakes. If the 518 lets loose, then a nv4500 or a 47rh. Right now, im trying to tune in this pump better with this turbo, but having issues I guess, just have alot of turbo lag and hope to be getting rid of it. Anything over 30 mph and get on it, I dont have a issue, but obviously im already spooling the turbo then. But im also looking for all the plastic interior for the truck so i can mount my gauge pods and see how this thing is doing. located in seymour,IN

Its in the cab. I havent had it done very long and havent decided if i want to send it off and have a CV setup put on it or swap the whole drivetrain and go with a 6.0/TH350/np205...or drop around $500 for a high angle CV setup. Right now it has a Tom woods High angle ujoint and it wont cruise down the road with it in. It makes it look bad, but Not sure if I want to drop that much in a shaft.. My GMC jimmy needs a engine, so was thinking dropping my engine in it and selling the auto and np231C out of it.
