hi. new to forum

like the title says. i am pretty new here. i don't own a diesel but while searching the web i stumbled across this website while looking for some electrical upgrade idea's and descovered you guys seem to have some very knowledgeable first gen ram guys. definitively be hanging around. in the short time i have been here i have found many upgrades i would like to try.
i guess i should also post some pics of my rigs
my 93RC and 81PU sitting sided by side.

Welcome to DTR...You sure don't see many 1st gen around now a days...Not in my area anyways..

thanks. there is maybe 4 first gen rams in the town were i live and 2 of them happen to sit in my driveway at night. i am surprised you don't see many out there in Alberta. most of the nice vehicles here usually come from out west or the southern US state.

Out here...Not many 1st gens at all....To think about it....There are not many 2nd either...Alot of 3rd and 4th gens here..

Check out the 1st gen treads here....Wow...These guys totally restore their trucks from the ground up...And all look so darn good..

i guess out there with all the big oil companies you always got lots of brand new trucks running around. no one really wants the old ones when you could have a nice use ex company truck for a bit more.

i have been looking at some of the trucks in the first gen area and just amazed at how nice some of the trucks are. there are only a couple i have actually seen locally that were that nice and only 1 of them had a diesel.
