Worst day ever/ truck died won't start...HELP..
Hey there babyjoe,
I'm new to working on diesels so I can't help you there, however, in the absense of pelvic infection (bladder, prostate, testicular), you may be experiencing some problem w/ your sacro-iliac joint in your pelvis. It can refer pain into the groin and testicular area. Find a good chiropractor in your area.
Hope I don't get in trouble for posting a non-diesel related topic and that you get everything straightened out.

Anyone that says you cannot rebuild your own pump is a victim of misguided information promulgated by the industry. I was there once and have rebuilt several pumps for my own tractors and vehicles since. Save a ton of money and as long as you are careful it works well. Just get the pump manual, and a test bench is not really needed.
However, you do have to be squeaky clean. I use a stainless steel bench and dunk tank to keep all dust out of my work. My pumps have been running on the big John Deere's for 9 years now, no problems.
