won't start without throttle then over revs
stuck in la. I was taking off from a stop light and engine kept reving. shut it off tried to restart, would not start til I gave it some skinny pedal then reved to 3500 or so without me touching the go pedel. throttle linkage seem to be fine. any ideas

Miller lite and I decided to remove the ole p7100 and take it to a shop. Unless you guys give me a reason not to, good excuse to have the timing done I suppose, there is a brite side to everything. I went to church today for the first time since I got back from the desert, I got a warm fuzzy going on now. I am leaning towards something with the governor assembly.
