My Truck wont start when its hot but when its cold out it fires right off.. Runs great after it starts... Then this morning the wait to start light came on then went off about 10 times and was making a bad sound like it was shorting out ????

First, I would check the grid heaters for shorts, and then the batteries.

About $1600 fixed my won't start hot problem. Sorry, but it sounds like the VP44. A real bummer!

Please elaborate further on the WTSL.
Usually problems with the WTSL = Internal ECM Problems.
Also, when you have the hot start problem, what's the WTSL doing?
