What size is the bolt on the hub assembly?

I'm going to replace the rotors on my 98 dually on the back of the hub assembly there is a strange bolt what size is that? and where can I buy a socket for it? I'm guessing it's metric. Any tips or advice on replacing the rotors would also be appreciated.

9/16" is slightly bigger than 14mm. You stand the chance of rounding off the bolts using a 9/16" if they're rusted in there.
