Im having a tough time locating a top turbo. I need an HE351CW and Im in Little Rock. If anyone could lend a hand itd be much appreciated.

 

Oh my! That's not good! ;-) I would try Redline Auto & Truck Salvage in Hartman AR(about 100mi west of Little Rock @ Exit 55 I-40). Their number is 479-754-5557, ask for Dan. They sell a boatload of Cummins stuff on fleabay constantly under username redlinear(go figure) and are very well-stocked with parts/knowledge. Wouldn't surprise me if they could help out with delivery also, you never know! Good luck! :-)
