Unhappy Truck Wont Start - clutch interlock switch?

I recently installed a Haisley Machine DD w/ upgraded hydraulics. Truck was fine for 1000k then became increasingly hard to start. Had to push the clutch in harder and harder each time. Now it wont start with me STANDING HARD on the clutch. Maybe I just a weakling and need to do some squats or something. What could be causing this? The clutch interlock switch? Anybody know how to bypass this? I find this hard to belive b/c the truck is a 07 w/ only 18k miles on it and it gradually went out. If it was a switch problem I would think it would just stop working suddenly. HELP PLEASE!

i would try and trace down the switch. take the end that unplugs from the switch and jump across it with a short peice of wire and see if it starts. Or it may just need adjusted so it will close the contacts inside. see if it has any adjustment .

Is there some reason you don't want to get it fixed under warranty? You paid for it, might as well use it.

because Im an idiot and and already put a new clutch in. That pretty much voids the warranty as far as the clutch and components go..

Maybe, maybe not. I had to replace my clutch linkage about 2 years ago. I did the work. It failed about a month later and DC replaced it. They didn't care what kind of clutch I had installed. Have you even contacted a dealer to check?
