Truck won't start

Starter solenoid? Does it make any sound at all ... clicking, anything?

Since you removed the battery cables, have you looked to see if there may be corrosion, which may be a source of resistance? Broken battery cable maybe? It's got to be something you disturbed when you did the reset.

Then in that case (trans in N) I would pull the started relay and jump the appropriate terminals and see if the starter engages. While the relay is out you can also grab a test light and see if you are getting a voltage signal from the ign switch, and see if ground is being provided when the clutch pedal is pressed in.

Check the starter fuse that is in the box in the engine compartment. This fooled me for a whole day, and I even over-looked it several times.
