My buddy is working on his truck putting his gauges in. He put the boost bolt in and now truck will not start. With key on the fuel pump runs and the clicking from the computer area like when you are reprograming with smarty. The smarty will not connect to truck. Any ideas?

 

check your grounds. battery low?

check your connections to the engine computer. Make sure they are tight. If i'm not mistaken they are a 4mm or 5/32'' allen head. P2509 is control module/pcm power input signal intermittent
