Truck Won't Start

Pulled my truck into the shop yesterday to do a compression check. Pulled the injectors from cylinders 1,2, and 3. (ran out of time to do the others..at least I thought, only vehicle so i need it back up and going) Ran my compression check, reinstalled everything Paying close attention torque specs and everything else. Went to fire it up and it won't fire...cranks normal..pulled several codes..p0113, p0201,2,3,4,5,6, p0243, p0480...cleared all of them with a scanner,,none came back. Checked for fuel at the high pressure lines,, its there, even cranked it over to see if air came out..all fuel.

Things I am pretty sure are correct that can cause the no fire situation...

Injector connector tube nut torque-checked and rechecked
valve lash
all wires plugged back where they should be
fuel lines tightend properly
fuel is present
injector hold down screws tightened properly.
injectors installed in correct position so connector tube fits properly
injector wires are on correct.

called cummins, dodge dealer, and a few mechanic friends..no help at all

what am i missing?

trcuk was running fine...only did compression check due to using oil.

also, i did pull the edge off just to make sure ..no change

any and all help will be appreciated

Question

I've been reading your post over and over...even slowly a few times...

Nothing.

But I've been where you are many times, I would go back over everything that you touched again. Sorry I can't offer more.

Do you have the ability to look at sensor values with the scanner?

Just went back out and rechecked things, pulled the tubes and injectors..reinstalled...retorqued.( torqued tubes first, then injectors).everything looked fine.

I do know how to check the codes via turning the key on and off..also had access to a scanner last night. cleared them and they didn' come back yet.

Which sensors do you mean.. i can get access to the scanner again... i remember it was reading a few sensors, the one that comes to mind was the IAT...

thanks for the responses guys

Rail pressure was the main one I'd like to see, both set point and actual. Bump the starter and you should see rail pressure hit about 3000psi instantly and then drop down to around 100-200 psi in about 30 seconds. Also, bump the starter and listen for the injectors to cycle, they should click for several seconds.
