truck runs bad

i have a 2007 dodge with a 5.9 cummins and it just threw 2 codes p0302-cylinder #2 misfire, and p2509-ecm/pcm power input signal intermittent i need help where should i start looking or what should i do?

Is your truck stock or modified, if so what is done to your truck. This could be a number of things that come to my mind already.
