Truck Missing??
Quick question about start up today. Was about 82 F outside, and I went out and turned the key on for about 5 seconds and fired the truck up. Ideled at about 750rpm and it was jumpy, like missing, almost like a cold two stroke in the morning. Wouldn't rev up worth a crud, no smoke of any kind or anything. I shut the truck off, then started it up about 2 min later and everything idled smoothly.... Could this just be a sensor was off when it started?? Or was a injecter fowling/not firing?? It ran fine all the way to work, no problems or anything once I started it the 2nd time. I just didn't know if this is a hickup and everythings fine, or something bad is about to happen. Truck has 11,000 miles on it, and am leaving Sunday for a trip down to Virginia (around 2000 miles round trip) and don't need to be stuck on the side of the road. Any help would be appreciated, or if you have had something similar happen to yoru truck and everything was fine after it, just something that happened??? Last thing I need on vacation is to worry about getting there (that's why I'm going on vacation to get away from this busy world for a week) Thanks guys.
