Double check the install. Make 100% sure its correct. Especially if you didn’t do it. We have install instructions on our web site to reference. What is your fuel pressure doing? Did you have an in-tank pump conversion done to your truck at the dealer? Did the shop try to run the FASS through the stock lift pump? (Had that happed before and the guy swore the instructions told him to do it....... ). Get me some more info on what is going on.

This happened to my truck when i did my FASS when i first installed it about 2.5 years ago. After that one hiccup, never had another issue. I think it was air pocket that broke free somewhere in the lines or pump that just broke prime (using the stock filter houseing?). It got in there when the lines were open for the FASS install.

no the stock fuel filter housing and pump are out of the system.
i took the truck back to them and they looked it over and said the pump didnt seem to be pumping right so they have ordered another system and are goin to install the new pump and filters. i hope this fixes the problem i plan on taking a 3hr trip to ride four wheelers this weekend and i need my truck to pull everything thats goin.

Its sounding like a restriction issue. BUT he couldnt give me any FP readings....this will tell alot. They are going to try the "5 Gallon Bucket Test" to confirm this. Something simple is going on here...just need to find it.

so you dont think its the pump, just some kind of restriction. im wondering why it seems like its pulling air cause its acting like the couple times i had air in the system. but its mainly seeming to go on when i get on it above 2000rpm.
