tranny not shifting properly

Hey guys, I have a stock 07 3500 mega with 35's and the 48re. About 2 months ago i replaced the gov. solenoid and transducer plus fluid and filter to fix the shift problems and she never ran better. I used the after market units that are the g.m. to dodge conversion. The problem with the shifts now is that most of the time if i put the pedal to the floor it does not want to shift down and then back up. It will stay in same gear and the truck can't get out of it's own way, especially under a load. Could the transducer be bad or the ttva or is it a bigger problem? Any help is much appreciated!

From: North Carolina or Kentucky. Take your pick
Perhaps throttle control is messed up on side of tranny.
