Trailer lights not working (issue is w/truck)
My left trailer directional and stop lights are not working on the truck side. I checked the connection and the fuse but all looks good. Brake light works. How can i fix this quickly without going to dealer. Can it be in computer? I figured the fuse would be blown if there were an issue. Thanks for any ideas.

have the same problem.had it checked out and they said the wire was bad to the fuse box.had to run a jumper wire for the blinker on the truck and then jumped the wire for the breaks across the back of the trailer.temp fix but it works for now.

Situations like this is why I never wire a trailer into any factory-supplied trailer harness.
I always wire my trailer-plugs direct to the source and my marker-lights are always on a switch of their own, completely independent of the factory headlight switch.
I am forever having to bypass the factory mess on various makes and models.(other peoples trucks. I don't own anything new enough to have that stuff)
