tps

dose anyone know anything about a tps if they are adjustable or if they can be fixed and if resetting the apps would fix it and if so how do you reset the apps i just found out that mine is not working properly and they are $504.00 and i flat *** don't have the money to fix this i have already got about $4000.00 out on repairs for the injection pump, transfer pump, ctm, and other repairs i need some help fixing this without buying another over price DIESEL part! if you had to build one of these truck part by part it would cost over 27 million dollars. dodge, ford, and chevy need to get together and see how they can add more outrageous insanely expensive computers, modules and senors and crap in general to there vehicles. why is it a tps for a gas engine is $90.00 and for diesel it $504.00 or oil to send unit for gas $35.00 and diesel over $250.00

Hey, the OEMs figure if you got the coin to drop north of 5 Gs on a powerplant upgrade, you probably have enough extra silver in your 507s to warrant a legit shakedown.

the transmission guy said that the tps at first was at a low voltage and then when he checked again it was at .78 volts and that is where it stayed no matter how far you pushed the throttle down and he said this is why the transmission is acting up but if the rheostat is at a constant voltage wouldn't that effect the throttle the truck still works fine but trans acts up a little around 35 mph and the torque converter locks up to soon put the further i push the petal down the faster it will go how dose the tps work what dose it do and is this hurting my transmission

if the tps is going out wouldn't there be a real noticeable difference like dead petal or no acceleration or a code
