Just before my old top turbo blew it started making a terrible screeching noise. My new one just made the same noise. I limped it back making zero boost the whole time. What could it be? Im going to tear into it tomorrow. Make sure its getting oil, all the clamps are good, etc. Anything else you guys could suggest? I'd really rather not end up buying ANOTHER friggin turbo. Thanks.

Well, I took them out and put them back in piece by piece. Its now running like a champ, so I dunno.
