The 95 diesels and V10's should all be equipped with the 241 HD. As long as you are interchanging, and still have the old standard transfer case, you can pull the needed parts from the old one and move them to the automatic version during the swap. You will have no trouble identfying them.
The thing that would be bothersome to me is that none of the 241 HD's are very substiantial. So, be sure you get a rebuild kit and rebuild the unit before you do the swap, or you could be just changing to a new problem. Better yet, just rebuild the one on the standard, the kit is not expensive and it is an easy job.
