We are traveling just north of Savannah and filled our fuel tank with 20 gallons diesel ( always we add Stabil ) . Leaving station, truck was hesitating at 25 mph and when slowly increasing the speed , the vibration and hesitation got worse...like a chugging on the engine. No warning lights came on. As we are traveling through and have no local resources to check in with, we need help. We're not too mechanically inclined and not trusting of local dealer services. We have to tow our trailer to Atlanta by monday.

 

You most likely got gas instead of diesel or bad fuel. I hope you kept your receipt the station will cover the expense if it is bad fuel and you have the receipt.

Im sitting on the side of the road ran out of deceil put about five gallons and it won't start

 

What year truck? You may have to crack the injector lines to get it to fire.
