Shudder

Hay guys when I'm towing down the road with any weight at all I get a bad shudder when I come to a small hill or just push down on the throttle a little harder if I just hit the brake a slight bit to unlock the converter the shudder goes away, the converter is only 6 months old an is a towmaster steel billet. Any suggestions I guess I'll be chanking the converter again.
Thanks Bob

Re:Shudder

I agree, it does sound like your TC clutch is slipping. Have you talked to the TC supplier about warranty?

Chris

Re:Shudder

Have your pressures checked....my converter shudders too but only when I am pulling a heavy tow from a stop...it will go away at about 10 mph...when pulling heavy I use a lite foot on the throttle from a stop
