Shorted out parking lights

The lamps that are supposed to light up my license plate weren't working, so I went looking for the source of the problem. I turned on the parking lights, and they lit up, and then I went under the rear bumper with a voltmeter to test the wires going the license plate lamps. I must have touched the testing probes together while testing one of the sockets going to the license plate lights because all of a sudden the front and rear parking lamps, along with fog and cab clearance lamps went out. The trouble I'm having is I'm guessing I blew a fuse but I've checked the parking light fuse in the panel in the cab and everything looks good. Does anyone know which fuse I probably blew? And if I didn't blow a fuse, what else might have happened? Thanks!

EDIT: FIXED. Did some more searching around, the PO had a wire tap in the fuse panel, I found a fuse for that wire under the steering column. That was blown and somehow was affecting the parking lights...

yeah, I guess the contacts on the license plate lights must be corroded because the bulbs were ok.
