In for service

Hi I'm new to your site thanks for any help!! I just bought an 05 it already has an edge w/juice, my question is after checking for any recalls I discovered that there is one that requires a computer reset.{Should I disconnect the juice and all the components including the edge monitor in cab or do I just need to disconnect the juice and leave the monitor?????

if it is still under warranty they will void it if they see an edge juice and monitor.

If you bought it used...it might already have the warranty voided.
Maybe that is why the previous owner got rid of it.
Not trying to be a killjoy...but I would check it out.
If you bought it from a dealer, I would think they should have to tell you if the warranty was voided....hope not....good luck.

Also, read your warranty book because I don't know the exact verbage...but there's something in there about transferring the warranty within 30 days of purchase.

The 3/36 warranty goes with the truck............no transfer needed.
