rusting exhaust pipe

if you have anti freeze running in the tail pipe long enough to rust it you would have other engine failure by now. my guess is pipe just wasn't aluminized pipe so it rusted quikley. or you may be getting excessive condensation in the exhaust system due to partially plugged converter.

Not don't think so. Coolant loss has been on since new. The converter isn't pluged ??? because took the pipe off some time ago and didn't make a difference.
